We negotiate rates for hotel accommodations to get you the best group rates possible. Our team also contacts local attractions, venues, and restaurants to make reservations and get good deals group rates. We’ll also pay any hotel deposits.
Our team of dedicated travel planners takes care of every little detail. We roll out the red carpet for your attendees with a welcome table, name badges, an on-site host or hostess, and a hospitality room. We ensure the banquet hall is set up and decorated to your specifications. We’ll also provide entertainment per your request, whether you want a brass band, string quartet, tribute band, solo act, or a DJ.
Once everybody arrives in town for the military reunion, you may need group transportation to events or venues elsewhere in town. Gatherings Plus has access to our fleet of shuttle buses and motor coaches from Thompson Coach to take your group anywhere they need to go.
