Payment Policy:
• Each member will be responsible for calling Gatherings Plus or signing up online using www.gatheringsplus .com by clicking on your event logo to make their own individual reservations for the reunion package.
• All reservations, except hotel reservations must be made thru Gatherings Plus.
• Reservations made after the Deadline will be accepted based on availability and cannot be guaranteed at the same, rates, lodging facility, or to all activities.
• Acceptable payments are: Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Credit Card or Personal Check. If paying by check please note that we require at least 3 weeks prior to arrival to allow for processing. All credit card payments will be subject to a 4% processing fee.

Gratuities:
All applicable taxes and restaurant minimum gratuities are included except driver, step on guide and housekeeper gratuities. These gratuities are offered at the discretion of the attendees and are not required. We do however recommend a $3 per person per day gratuity for 2 per person per day for your houskeeping & step on guides, as is the standard rate.

Cancellation Policy:
By registering for this reunion, you are agreeing to the policies outlined below.
• Group will pay deposits invoiced to them by Gatherings Plus
• No refunds will be made on activity package after August 15, 2023, unless trip protection has been purchased.
• Payment in full is required at time of reservation deadline date.
• ALL cancellations must go thru Gatherings Plus & are subject to a 10% fee, unless Cancellation Protection Plan is purchased.

***Non- Smoking-Room Violations:
A minimum of $ 250.00 per room will be charged for any smoking violations in non- smoking rooms and/or hospitality rooms. By signing this contract, you are taking the responsibility to pay charges accrued for any smoking violations. Smoking is only permitted in marked designated smoking areas.
Force Majeure:
No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations in connections with any actions described in the agreement. If such failure results from an act of God, riot, war, civil unrest, flood, earthquake, or other cause by parties’ reasonable control.

Reservation Deadline: August 15, 2023

• Last Date to Cancel entire group without penalty: July 15, 2023
• Last Date to Cancel individually without penalty: August 15, 2023
• Unless Cancellation Protection is purchased there will be a 10% processing fee assessed to all cancellations/changes resulting in a refund.
• A minimum of 25 paid guest is required to qualify for group discounts and the event listed above.
• If counts fall below 25 some/all of the items may no longer be available and rates may increase.
