All applicable truces and restaurant gratuities are included except driver, step on guide and housekeeper gratuities. These gratuities are offered at the discretion of the attendees and are not required.
• Each member will be responsible for calling Gatherings Plus or signing up online using www.gatheringsplus .com by clicking on your event logo to make their own individual reservations for the reunion package.
• All reservations, except hotel reservations must be made thru Gatherings Plus. Phone reservations may be made Monday thru Friday 9am to 4:30pm CST by calling (417)338-4048 or (417)335-4466
• Reservations made after the Deadline will be accepted based on availability and cannot be guaranteed at the same, rates, lodging facility, or to all activities.
• Acceptable payments are: Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Credit Card or Personal Check. If paying by check please note that we require at least 3 weeks prior to arrival to allow for processing. All credit card payments will be subject to a 4% processing fee.

By registering for this reunion, you are agreeing to the policies outlined below.
• If the Reunion is cancelled for any reason, all non-refundable deposits that have been made by Gatherings Plus will be reimbursed by the Association to Gatherings Plus.
• No refunds will be made on activity package after March 13, 2024, unless cancellation protection has been purchased.
• Payment in full is required at time of reservation deadline date.
• ALL cancellations must go thru Gatherings Plus & are subject to a 10% fee, unless Cancellation Protection Plan is purchased. Optional Cancellation Protection Plan:
Cost is $19.95 per person(Non-Refundable) due at Final Payment Deadline. Cancellations of
individuals within the groups are as follows:
Individuals may cancel up to 48 business hours prior to groups arrival Any changes within 48
business hours of arrival are Non-Refundable
***$19.95 Cancellation Protection Fee is not refundable for any reason.
–*Non- Smoking-Room Violations:
A minimum of$ 250.00 per room will be charged for any smoking violations in non- smoking rooms and/or hospitality rooms. By signing this contract, you are taking the responsibility to pay charges accrued for any smoking violations. Smoking is only permitted in marked designated smoking areas. Force Majeure:
No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations in connections with any actions described in the agreement. If such failure results from an act of God, riot, war, civil unrest,flood, earthquake, or other cause by parties’ reasonable control.
