Cancellation Policy:

• If the Reunion is cancelled for any reason, all non-refundable deposits that have been made by Gatherings Plus will be reimbursed by the Association to Gatherings Plus.
• No refunds will be made on the activity package after April 08, 2024, unless Cancellation Protection Plan is purchased.
• Payment in full is required by the reservation deadline date.
• All cancellations must go thru Gatherings Plus and are subject to a 10% fee, unless Cancellation Protection Plan is purchased.

Force Majeure:
No party shall be liable to any failure to perform its obligations in connection with any actions described in the agreement. If such failure results from an act of God, riot, war, civil unrest, flood, earthquake, pandemic, or other causes by parties’ reasonable control.
