Menu items & pricing are subject to change/substitution due to food cost at the time of the event.
Gatherings Plus will provide the following additions:
• Create and maintain reunion website
• Update Registrant List on website
• Take all registration and collect money for activity package
• Send confirmations
• Provide neck wallet name badges
• Make deposits for activities, transportation, and meals
• Make hotel deposit
• Make final payments/counts for activities, transportation, and meals
• Provide Onsite Representative for Activities & Banquet if group is over 20 paid guest
• Provide Reunion Planner a detailed book to include itinerary, menus, POC’s, BEO’s, Attendee’s
• Each member will be responsible for calling Gatherings Plus or signing up online
using www.gatheringsplus .com by clicking on your event logo to make their own
individual reservations for the reunion package.
• All reservations, except hotel reservations must be made thru Gatherings Plus.

• Reservations made after the Deadline will be accepted based on availability and
cannot be guaranteed at the same, rates, lodging facility, or to all activities.
• Acceptable payments are: Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Credit Card or
Personal Check. If paying by check please note that we require at least 3 weeks
prior to arrival to allow for processing. All credit card payments will be subject to a
4% processing fee.
