Cancellation Policy:
By registering for this reunion, you are agreeing to the policies outlined below.
• If the Reunion is cancelled for any reason, all non-refundable deposits that have been made by Gatherings Plus will be reimbursed by the Association to Gatherings Plus.
• No refunds will be made on activity package after March 20, 2023, unless Cancellation Protection has been purchased.
• Payment in full is required at time of reservation deadline date.
• ALL cancellations must go thru Gatherings Plus & are subject to a 10% fee unless Cancellation Protection has been purchased.

Optional Cancellation Protection Plan:
Cost is $19.95 per person (Non-Refundable) due at Final Payment Deadline.
Cancellations of individuals within the groups are as follows:
Individuals may cancel up to 48 business hours prior to groups arrival
Any changes within 48 business hours of arrival are Non-Refundable
***$19.95 Cancellation Protection Fee is not refundable for any reason.
