Payment Policy:
• Each member will be responsible for calling Gatherings Plus or signing up here online to make their own individual reservations for the reunion package.
• If preferred, reservations can be made by calling Gatherings Plus. Phone reservations may be made Monday thru Friday 9am to 4:30pm CST by calling (417)338-4048
• Reservations made after the Deadline will be accepted based on availability and cannot be guaranteed at the same, rates, lodging facility, or to all activities.
• Acceptable payments are: Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Credit Card or Personal Check. If paying by check please note that we require at least 3 weeks prior to arrival to allow for processing. All credit card payments will be subject to a 5% processing fee.

Registration Example: The Dancer has a special rate and counts as an adult occupancy:
2 Adults + 1 Dancer + 1 Child = 1 Room Triple Occupancy + Child
Adult #1 = $604.56 Adult #2 = $604.56 Dancer = $541.25 Child = $395.48 = Grand Total $2,145.85

Cancellation Policy:
By registering for this reunion, you are agreeing to the policies outlined below.

If the event is cancelled for any reason, all non-refundable deposits that have been made by Gatherings Plus will be reimbursed by the Association to Gatherings Plus.

No refunds will be made on activity package after April 15, 2022 unless trip protection has been purchased.

Payment in full is required at time of reservation deadline date.

ALL changes and cancellations must go thru Gatherings Plus & are subject to a 10% fee.
