Room Rate: $85 plus tax

Registrations are required for attendance, and are due by September 8th, 2021. As we will be making final payments to venues at this time. To register after September 8th please call (417) 338-4048 and we will work with you on a case by case basis based upon availability. Final payments must be received by this date. Any individual cancellations or changes within 14 business days of arrival are Non-Refundable; Unless Cancellation Protection Plan is purchased at time of registration.
Cancellation protection Plan is $19.95 inclusive per person:
Individuals may cancel up to 72 business hours prior to groups arrival
Any changes within 72 business hours of arrival are Non-Refundable
$19.95 Cancellation Protection Fee is not refundable for any reason
