- When registering please enter your name as you wish it to be printed on your name badge
- If you have any special request please let us know as soon as possible. We can’t always guarantee that we will be able to grant your request however we will do everything we can.
- If you have a food allergy please list that in your registration so that we may notify the vendors as soon as possible.
- If you would like to purchase additional tickets outside of the group itinerary give us a call to check for any discounts. We will make your reservations and have your tickets waiting for your arrival at the hotel.
