Registrations are required for attendance, and are due by July 22nd 2021. As we will be making final payments to venues at this time. To register after July 22nd please call (417) 338-4048 and we will work with you on a case by case basis based upon availability. Final payments must be received by this date. Any individual cancellations or changes within 14 business days of arrival are Non-Refundable; Unless Cancellation Protection Plan is purchased at time of registration.

Individuals may cancel up to 72 business hours prior to groups arrival
Any changes within 72 business hours of arrival are Non-Refundable
$19.95 Cancellation Protection Fee is not refundable for any reason
