All applicable taxes and restaurant gratuities are included except driver, step on guide and housekeeper gratuities. These gratuities are offered at the discretion of the attendees and are not required.
Each member will be responsible for calling Gatherings Plus or signing up online using www.gatheringsplus .com by clicking on your event logo to make their own individual reservations for the reunion package.
All reservations, except hotel reservations must be made thru Gatherings Plus. Phone reservations may be made Monday thru Friday 9am to 4:30pm CST by calling (417)338-4048 or (417)335-4466
Reservations made after the Deadline will be accepted based on availability and cannot be guaranteed at the same, rates, lodging facility, or to all activities.
Acceptable payments are: Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Credit Card or Personal Check. If paying by check please note that we require at least 3 weeks prior to arrival to allow for processing. All credit card payments will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
